Congressman Polis' Colorado Flood Relief and Recovery Guide Please click here to download the Guide FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA): On September 14, 2013, President Obama issued a major disaster declaration for the State of Colorado triggering the release of Federal funds to help individuals and communities recover from the Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides that occurred from September 11, 2013 and continuing. Individuals in Boulder County can file a claim in the following ways:

Low-interest federal disaster loans up are now available to Boulder County homeowners and business owners who have suffered damages due to the flooding.
